Depending on what you choose, you can set the mileage interval in miles/kilometers. If you adjust the interval to zero in the settings, you can turn off the reminder. If you purchased a used car, the previous owner might have already set a maintenance trigger to make sure you stay informed. The light will continue to illuminate until you deactivate it.
