The 2002 Chevy Tahoe originally came with tweeters and 6-¾ speakers in the front doors, 6-¾ speakers in the rear doors, and a factory subwoofer at the back of the vehicle. It's tricky to find aftermarket speakers in the 6-¾ size, so if you plan to replace them, you'll likely need to get 6-½ speakers and use adapter rings to make them fit. Many people opt for a components set up in the front, with a separate woofer and tweeter for each factory location, and then a coaxial set in the rear since there's only one set of holes in the rear doors.
