The lug nuts on the 2018 Ram2500 will have a thread size of M14 X1.5, but the measurements may differ slightly between OEM and aftermarket parts. While the OEM lug nuts come with 22mm hex heads, there could be various wheel sizes available for the 2500. Depending on the tire load size, whether standard or extra load, you need to tighten the lug nuts to either 160 Nm or 200 Nm, with heavier torque needed for larger tires. This translates to approximately 118 lb-ft and 148 lb-ft, respectively. If you plan to replace the lug nuts, make sure to change the entire wheel and not just one, as even a small difference could cause issues later on when a 22mm lug wrench might not work to remove the tire.
In 2018, the Ram 2500 truck uses a lug nut that measures 9/16 inches by 18 threads per inch.
