The 2003 Lincoln LS comes equipped with various speakers in different locations including the front and rear doors, rear deck corners, and front center console. If you are experiencing issues with sound from the speakers, it is advised to check the fuse that corresponds to the radio and speakers. To access the fuse box, locate a seam or crack on the left side of the steering wheel along the dashboard. You can use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, there will be several fuses, and you can refer to the diagram on the back of the panel or consult the owner's manual for the vehicle to identify the correct fuse. When you identify the fuse, remove it by pulling it out. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised portions of the fuse is intact; if it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the metal strip is not broken, the fuse can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are relatively inexpensive, typically costing around 10 dollars.
The 2003 Lincoln LS comes equipped with 6x8" speakers in the front and rear doors, 6x9" speakers in the back corners, and a 2-1/2" speaker in the center console upfront.
