The 2016 Toyota RAV4 uses size 9012 bulbs for both high and low beams. Replacing them can cost around $30 to $35 for labor and $30 to $70 for the bulbs, depending on the type and brand chosen. The standard bulbs are halogen. If you're familiar with car repairs, you can easily change the bulb yourself. Just lift the hood to access the headlamp assembly, spin the cover downward to remove it, and pull out the bulb housing. Remember to wear gloves or use a rag when inserting the new bulb to avoid oil spots and ensure a longer bulb life.
