The 2007 Chrysler 300 uses a specific type of power steering fluid called Mopar Hydraulic power steering fluid. Alternatively, you can also use Mopar ATF+4. The price of the fluid can range from $7 to $15 per quart. To check the power steering fluid level, you will find the reservoir located under the hood in the front of the engine bay on the passenger's side. Look for a black cap with a steering wheel symbol to identify it as the power steering fluid reservoir. Check the level using the indicators on the side of the reservoir to determine if more fluid is needed or if it is full. To add more fluid, open the reservoir and carefully pour it in using a funnel to avoid spilling on the engine or ground.
