The 2007 Cadillac CTS can be equipped with either of two tire sizes, depending on how it is configured. You may find either the P255/55R16 or the slightly larger P225/50R18 on the sport model. It's worth noting that while the wheel bolt pattern is the same for both, the actual wheels differ – the smaller tires are paired with 7Jx16 ET51 wheels, while the larger tires are mounted on 7.5Jx18 ET50 wheels. Regardless of the trim level, the bolt pattern remains universal at 5x115. The center bore size is also consistent across all models, measuring 70.5mm. The "5" in the bolt pattern signifies that there are five lug nuts per wheel, each with M12 X1.5 threads. Proper torque specification for the lug nuts is around 121Nm and should be maintained accordingly.
The wheel bolt pattern for the 2007 Cadillac CTS is 5 lugs with a 4.53-inch or 115mm high positive offset.
