The lug nut socket size for the Chevy 3500 is 13/15''. Ensuring your tires are in top condition is crucial for safety. Over time, you may encounter issues with this component including cupping or feathering problems, leading to premature tire wear. It's important to regularly check for issues like looseness or holes from nails, and monitor tire pressure monthly. Eventually, the part will require replacement, so aim to change your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles to avoid accidents while driving.

There is no size bigger than 13/15, it is actually 13/16!

A 13/16 socket is too small; I tested it out. While Linda A is largely right saying that 13/15" is approximately .866", the conversion is actually 22mm = .866". Therefore, use a 22mm socket. I experimented with it, and it's effective. I need to purchase a high-quality 22mm socket because the torque needed for the dual tires is 175 foot-pounds, and my inexpensive 22mm socket is sticking on the lug nut under that level of torque.
