Underneath the driver's seat of a 2012 Chevy Silverado, you can locate the flasher relay. You'll find it near the dashboard and it is enclosed by a panel. To access the flasher relay, press down and gently pull on the top of the panel. This electronic component is responsible for controlling the hazard lights and turn signals in your vehicle. To test if the flasher relay is working properly, you can check for power transmission by connecting a wire from the relay to the lights it controls. If power is flowing through the relay, then it is operating correctly.
