In a 2008 Chevy Tahoe, the jack is situated beneath the rear cupholder on the driver's side. To remove it, you'll first unscrew a wing nut and then turn the jack knob. Additionally, the equipment available includes wheel blocks and a wheel block retainer. To safely lift the car, ensure you are on a level surface and that the car is in park with the parking brake engaged. Place the wheel blocks in a diagonal pattern corresponding to the wheel you intend to lift. The jack points can be found just behind the wheels, with a diagram provided in the owner's manual. The spare tire is located underneath the truck, accessible through the hoist shaft at the rear.
Put the open part of the jack handle into the hole at the back of the Chevy Tahoe from 2008, where the jack is stored.
