The 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 starter relay is located in the fuse box, which can be found by looking to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dash. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open the fuse box. Inside, you will see a variety of fuses. The back of the panel that you opened will have a diagram showing the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not on the panel, you can also find it in the vehicle's owner's manual. Identify the fuse you need and remove it. Check if the metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact – if it is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is present, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. New fuses are inexpensive, typically costing around $10.
