Your Lexus CT 200H Hybrid has two batteries. The first one is the standard battery located under the hood in the engine compartment, and the other one is the traction battery situated under the cargo floor on the passenger's side. You can disconnect the orange plug to isolate the traction battery. If you need to replace the traction battery, it should be a 1.31 kWh, 202 volts nickel-metal hydride battery. For the standard battery, you can use any off-the-shelf (preferably AGM) battery with a group size of 46B24R without any special considerations.
Can you tell me if the spare battery is located in the front or back of the car?
In the Lexus ct200h, you can find the battery under the car's hood. Just search for a sizeable black box with a red and black connector situated on top.
