The fuel filter in the 2003 Camry is easily located underneath the car. Beneath the vehicle, there is a fuel line connecting the gas tank to the engine, known as the fuel rail. The filter is attached to this rail next to the pump, appearing as a silver cylinder with two brackets on each end for the bolts. To replace it, simply remove the bolts to slide it off, then attach a new one in its place. Expect to spend a few hundred dollars for the replacement filter, and if you opt for professional installation, it will cost about half that amount extra.
