In the 2019 Nissan Altima, you'll find the cruise control button on the right side of the steering wheel among the controls. To activate it, press the leftmost button at the bottom among the three. An indicator will appear on the instrument panel. Accelerate to your desired speed, then press the SET switch. Once you release your foot from the pedal, the speed will be maintained. To increase speed, hold down the RES+ button until you reach the new speed, then release. To decrease speed, use the SET- button in a similar way. You can reset your presets by either hitting the brakes or pressing the CANCEL button. If your car has Intelligent Cruise Control, the process is mostly the same, but you can set a specific distance using a switch located to the right of the RES+ and SET- controls.
