In the 2003 Chevy S-10, you can locate the flasher relay in the fuse box. To access the fuse box, first, look to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dash. Using a screwdriver or pry bar, gently open this panel. Inside, you'll find several fuses. The back of the panel will have a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram isn't there, you can find it in the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you identify the fuse you need, simply pull it out. Check the thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse. If it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, you can reinsert the fuse. Replacement fuses are affordable, typically costing around $10.
