The power window fuse for the 2004 Cadillac CTS is located in the interior fuse box on the passenger side, underneath the glove box. You can identify it by looking for the label DR MOB PWR C/B on the small insert in that panel. If the fuse is blown, you will need a 25 amp blade style replacement. If your power windows are not working properly, after confirming the fuse is okay, check the wiring next as it can get damaged if the door rubs against it by the hinges. If the wiring is fine, then the motor might be the issue, which is a common reason for power window problems in the CTS.
The power window relay for a 2004 Cadillac CTS can be found inside the fuse panel beneath the dashboard on the left side for the driver.
