Depending on the variation of the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze you have, the location of the trunk release may vary. In most versions, you can locate it on the left side near the steering wheel, above the floor panels. Pressing the button here will unlatch the trunk, allowing you to open it from either inside or outside the car. An alternative placement for the trunk release can be found on some models, situated on the left side of the trim near the glove box. In either case, you should be able to use your key or key fob to unlock and open the trunk from the outside, which may be the most convenient method of access.
I don't have a physical key. It's only on my keychain, not on the door or anywhere else.
The 2013 Chevy Cruze has its trunk release button conveniently placed on the driver's side door.
Relocation of truck in 2013
The button to open the trunk on a 2013 Chevy Cruze can be found on the trunk lid above the license plate. For models with a backup camera, the button is located next to the camera and in the same spot for those without it.
I don't reckon there's just one.
It's located directly beside the continumtransfunctioner.

Who the heck knows for sure?
I also can't locate mine... It's only on my key chain.
