In your 2012 Lexus RX350, there are 2 USB ports available for use. The first one is located on the lower dashboard close to the stereo, concealed beneath a black flap on the upper left side near the radio. To access it, you will need to move the flap back before plugging anything in. The second USB port is situated inside the center armrest; you'll need to open the armrest and check the back area to find it. While these ports can be used for charging devices, they cannot be used for playing music unless you configure an app with the navigation system in your vehicle.
