There are typically three reasons why you might find that the heater in your 2015 Nissan Rogue is not working: the heater blower motor, the thermostat, or the heater blower motor resistor may have failed. If the issue is with the thermostat, you may also notice that the engine is not reaching the optimal temperature. If it's the resistor, you may experience varying airflow from some vents, resulting in heat not reaching you effectively. And if it's the blower motor, you may feel heat only near the vents, without warming up the interior. If the heat doesn't work at all when you try to turn it on, it could be due to a faulty mechanical switch or a fuse related to the climate control system.
If the heater in your 2015 Nissan Rogue isn't functioning, it's probably because of an issue with the thermostat, the heater fan motor, or the heater fan motor resistor.
In 2015, my car's blower fan began acting up on and off. Initially, it would only function about 20% of the time, but now it doesn't work at all. I attempted to swap out the motor, but that didn't solve the issue, so I suspect it might be a problem with the thermostat or resistor.
