The not-so-great news is that in the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, the fuel filter can't be separately located or changed. It's actually built into the fuel pump assembly, making it a non-serviceable part. This means that if you suspect a clogged fuel filter, it's likely another component in the fuel system causing issues. Focus on inspecting the fuel injectors or the fuel pump for potential problems as they can display similar symptoms. You generally won't have to replace the fuel filter as long as the vehicle is operating normally, unless in extreme cases.
The fuel filter in a 2010 Chevy Silverado can be found on the right side of the fuel pump.
