Depending on the trim package, the tire size for a 2017 Toyota RAV4 can vary. The SE, Limited, and Platinum models come with P235/55R18 tires that need to be inflated to 33 PSI for both the front and rear tires. These tires are mounted on 18-inch diameter wheels that are 7.5 inches wide. On the other hand, the LE and XLE models are equipped with P225/65R17 tires mounted on 17-inch diameter rims that are 6.5 inches wide. The recommended tire inflation pressure for these models is 32 PSI. The RAV4 features a tire pressure warning system that uses transmitters inside the tires to monitor the pressure in each tire. If the pressure falls below the recommended levels, a warning light will illuminate on the dashboard. The light will go off once the proper pressure is restored and the vehicle is driven for a short distance.
The 2017 Toyota RAV4 front and rear tires should be inflated to 33 pounds per square inch (psi). The front tires are sized P225/65R17, while the rear tires are the same size. This model comes with standard 17-inch silver aluminum wheels.
