The 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac's cabin air filter is located below the glove compartment. Various engine issues may arise, such as a spark plug coming loose, a loose gasket needing quick tightening, oil leaks requiring immediate fixing, and the serious risk of engine overheating leading to fires and potential explosions. Excessive oil consumption may call for more frequent oil changes. It's recommended to change the coolant every 60,000 miles, the air filter every 15,000 to 30,000 miles, and the spark plugs every 100,000 miles unless it's a copper spark plug, in which case it should be replaced every 30,000 miles.
In 2007, my Ford Sport Trac does not come equipped with a cabin air filter. I have personally verified this, and various sources have confirmed that this model is not equipped with one, unlike the Ford Explorer of the same year.

I'm not sure, I haven't looked into it yet. I just found out about a cabin air filter.
I can't believe they included cabin filters in older and newer models, but not in the 2007 models! It's so frustrating that my 2007 car doesn't have one either.
