In the 2007 Honda Accord, the camshaft position sensor is typically located inside the engine bay under the valve cover or in a few other spots. You can easily spot it by checking the top of the engine block or the rear of the cylinder head where the valve cover sits. If the sensor malfunctions, it will need to be swapped out. Replacement parts alone can cost between $38 and $87, while if you opt to have a professional mechanic do the job, labor costs can range from $58 to $138 in addition.
