To find the power distribution box of a 2012 Ford F-250, check beneath the hood on the driver's side near the vacuum pump in the engine bay. Slot #26 holds the fuse for the Trailer Tow Park Lamps, controlling the trailer lights, while the relay for these lights is in slot #29. Another fuse box is located in the passenger's footwell. Both boxes should have a diagram to help identify a faulty plug and a puller to replace it. Other reasons for issues could be blown bulbs or damaged wiring connections. A blown bulb replacement usually costs less than $20 and can be easily done by the driver.
