Mitsubishi vehicles, such as the Lancer, that require a CR1620 flat battery for their key fobs can easily find these batteries at most major stores. These batteries, often called "watch" batteries, are manufactured by various brands like Panasonic, Energizer, GE, Duracell, Maxlel, and Sony. You can find some options for less than $1 each with a quick search on Amazon. Higher-quality options may cost around $3 or $4 per battery. Despite the low cost, replacing the battery is often delayed, at least in my own experience. Take the time to get a new one as it's a simple process that should only take 5 to 10 minutes once you're motivated.

In 2015, the Mitsubishi Lancer humorously utilizes the CR1616 battery.
