The 2015 Honda Civic is equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), which may need to be replaced in the future to maintain safety on the road. It is crucial to regularly change your tires between 30,000 and 50,000 miles to ensure they are in optimal condition and reduce the risk of accidents. Monitoring the tire pressure monthly, checking for any punctures from items like nails, and being aware of potential problems like premature wear, feathering, and cupping are essential precautions to prevent any issues with this component down the line.

I'm having trouble resetting the check tire pressure light on the dashboard of my 2015 Honda Civic. I've tried scrolling through the buttons on the steering wheel, but when I reach "Select Customize Settings" and press the source button, it won't move to the next step, which is TPMS calibration. According to my owner's manual, it should. The only light that came on is "Check Tire Pressure," not the TPMS light. I've driven over 60 miles at 65 mph, but the light remains on. My Civic is equipped with an indirect TPMS system. It's a 2015 LX model with just 15,000 miles. Can anyone offer assistance? Thank you.
