As an American, I would say: You can add a heated steering wheel to the 2017 Toyota Highlander in the platinum trim option. If your heated steering wheel is not working, a faulty fuse is likely the culprit. To access the fuse box, look to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack on the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it up. Inside, you'll find a number of fuses. Check the diagram on the back of the panel for guidance on which fuse controls the heated steering wheel. If it's not there, refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you determine the faulty fuse, just pull it out. Look for a thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections of the fuse – if it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, simply put the fuse back in place. Replacement fuses are usually around 10 dollars each.
You can add a feature where the steering wheel is heated as an option for the 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum model.
