In the 2019 Nissan Kicks, there is a spare tire located underneath the floor of the trunk. By lifting up a section of the floor, you can access the spare tire, along with a jack and a lug wrench. The tire is secured with a nut in the center, which you can easily remove by twisting it. While you can store the regular tire in the same spot, it is not suitable for prolonged driving as it is not intended to be a permanent replacement.
