The 2017 Kia Sportage has a cargo space of 30.7 cubic feet with the seats up and 60.1 cubic feet with the seats folded down. There is a hidden compartment under a panel in the floor where the seats can be efficiently folded down. You can easily raise this floor panel to access the compartment. To fold down the seats, simply pull the lever on the side of the seats and push them into the designated holes until they click into place. It is just as simple to reverse this process and bring the seats back up, which should only take a minute or two.
