The cargo capacity of the 2013 Kia Soul is 19.3 cubic feet with seats up, expanding to 53.4 cubic feet with seats folded down. To access the hidden storage compartment beneath the floor panel, simply lift up the floor panel. The seats can be folded down by pulling a lever on the side of the seats, allowing you to push them down into the compartment and secure them in place with a click sound. Reversing this process to bring the seats back up should only take a minute or two.
