After parking your Ford Fusion, make sure to turn off the engine and lock all the doors before heading to bed. However, be aware that if the battery in your key fob dies overnight, you may find yourself unable to start your car using the wireless remote in the morning rush. But no worries, unlocking your doors manually is a simple fix. Just remove the physical key from the key fob and insert it into the lock on the driver's side door. Turn it to the right to unlock, then quickly twist it back to the left to lock. Next, press the B button once, then twice rapidly, followed by pushing the C button three times. Your doors should unlock smoothly.
To manually unlock your Ford Fusion, find the driver's side door lock below the handle. Insert the key into the lock and twist it to the right (towards the trunk) to open the door.
I'm wondering where to locate the key fob slot for a 2016 Ford Fusion.
After moving the cover, you'll find the keyhole. Put the key in the lock and twist it toward the rear of the car to unlock your Ford vehicle.
