I'm afraid the touch screen calibration in the 2014 Toyota Camry cannot be adjusted. If you're experiencing issues with the touch area not responding properly, you're not alone. Toyota released technical service bulletin TSB-0172-16 to address this problem. They will replace your screen for free under the basic warranty, which is 36,000 miles or three years. Given that your car is a 2014 model, it's likely that your warranty has expired. In this case, it may be more cost-effective to upgrade to a higher-quality aftermarket head unit, as the original manufacturer unit could be priced around $2,000. Aftermarket options, ranging from $500 to $1,000, come with added features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto that the OEM system does not offer.
It should work right out of the box. If the screen is malfunctioning, it might be a defect and you might need to have it repaired.
