If you have to swap out the blower motor in your 2014 Ford Focus, it can be quite challenging. You'll have to take off a number of panels to get to the blower motor, which is located behind the dashboard on the passenger side. Start by removing the glove compartment and the plastic cover above it. Then, you'll have to take off additional panels on the top and side of the dashboard to reach it. Once you're there, you can get to the blower motor relay and assembly and take it out from the dashboard for replacement.
