To deactivate the anti-theft system, enter the vehicle and turn the key in the ignition to start the car. Allow the car to run for 15 minutes until the flashing light returns to its normal speed. If this method does not work, open the hood and disconnect the battery for fifteen minutes to reset the anti-theft system. The flashing light will only return to its regular speed after following the suggested fix by Ford experts.
