To reset the oil light on your 2014 Ford F-250, make sure to park in a secure area away from traffic and remember to do this after each oil change. For conventional oil, change it every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, while for synthetic oil, do so every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Once parked safely, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position without starting the vehicle. Use the steering wheel directional pad to navigate to the setup menu, then select settings, vehicle, and oil life reset. Turn off the engine, then restart the truck.
Turn the wheel's directional pad to navigate through the menu until you see the oil life percentage option, then press and hold the button to activate it.
