To reset the notification to change the oil in your 2018 Acura MDX, start by turning on the ignition without starting the engine. If you have a push-to-start model, press the start button twice without pressing the brake pedal. Use the buttons on the display to navigate to the Vehicle Settings option. Select it and then find the Maintenance Reset/Maintenance Info option, which displays the remaining oil life percentage. Choose the Reset option and wait a few seconds for the reset to take effect. Turn off the ignition and then back on to ensure the reset was successful.
