Ford produces vehicles for all countries worldwide, allowing for an easy switch between miles and kilometers based on the vehicle's location. This adjustment can be made through the message center in the driver's gauge cluster. To switch between miles and kilometers, simply press the setup button on the dashboard. Use the steering wheel arrows to scroll down and select English/Metric on the screen. Press the side arrow once to switch between English and Metric units as needed, resulting in a conversion of all speeds and distances.
