To dim the interior lights in a 2019 Dodge Journey, first locate the dimmer control switch positioned to the right of the headlight control switch. This switch is responsible for adjusting both the instrument panel lights and interior lighting. When the parking lights or headlights are on, or when the switch is in the auto position, you can adjust the brightness of the instrument panel lights by rotating the dimmer control switch upward. Move it to the next position to control the brightness of the odometer and radio lights. The last position turns on the interior lighting. If the instrument cluster lights or interior lights do not adjust as expected, the switch may be faulty, or there could be a loose or damaged wiring connector.
