The Mitsubishi Outlander includes an eco-mode feature that can help improve fuel efficiency while driving. To deactivate eco mode, you can navigate to the Home menu, select apps, then access settings. Once in settings, locate the battery icon and tap on it to access a screen where you can toggle eco-mode on or off. This adjustment can reduce the car's RPMs, ultimately saving fuel. While some drivers haven't noticed significant changes when driving in city traffic, the impact is more noticeable during long road trips or heavy highway use. When accelerating, you may feel the car adjusting RPMs to conserve fuel.
Start by navigating to Apps on your device, then proceed to Settings and select Battery. Next, choose Eco Mode and then toggle the switch to activate or deactivate this energy-saving feature.
