To restore the radio in a 2013 Kia Soul to its factory settings, you'll require a paperclip, pin, or similar object. Locate the small hole near the screen, which houses a button on the left or right side, depending on the trim level. Simply press and hold the button for a few seconds. The radio will flash briefly, indicating that you can release the button. Your radio is now back to its initial settings.
To reset your 2013 Kia Soul's radio, you should use the station select buttons to enter the radio code that is located in the radio manual.
If you have a 2013 Kia Soul+ equipped with the Infinity sound system (including a subwoofer) but without navigation, you won't need a code to reset the stereo. Simply use the paper clip/reset method, and you're good to go, no code required.
