The TPMS on your 2016 Nissan Sentra alerts you if any tires are not properly inflated, which can lead to tire damage and unsafe driving. Resetting the TPMS is quick and easy. Start by turning the ignition to the "ON" position (but do not start the car). Locate the "TPMS" button below the left side of the steering wheel and hold it until the low tire pressure light flashes, then release the button. Start the car and wait at least 20 minutes for the sensors to update. Once completed, the TPMS has been reset successfully.
I couldn't locate the reset button mentioned earlier. Could someone please share a photo showing where it's located? Thanks a lot!
To reset the tire pressure sensor in a 2016 Nissan Sentra, just press and hold the reset button until the tpms light on the dashboard blinks three times slowly.
I'm having trouble locating the reset button.
