To reboot the uconnect system in the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, you should press and hold the voice recognition and phone buttons on the steering wheel while the car is running. After that, turn off the car and wait with the door open for thirty seconds.

To change the volume, press and hold the volume button while also pressing the tuner button.
Simply remove the negative battery cable and wait for 10 seconds before reconnecting it. Then start the car and it should be working properly again.
