To remove a phone from the digital entertainment and navigation systems in 2013 Honda CR-V vehicles, start by clicking the phone button on the car's dashboard. Then navigate to Phone Setup and hit the central button to access the connections menu. Choose connections and select the option to delete a connection. This will bring up a list of connected devices - identify the phone you wish to remove and select it. Press the central button again and confirm by selecting Yes. If you've done everything correctly, a message should appear on the screen confirming the deletion of the device. Note that the system is set to default to SRX devices.
