To reset the oil maintenance light on your 2018 Toyota Sienna, follow these simple steps that can be done in just a few minutes. Start by parking and turning off the vehicle. Then, turn the key to the ON position without starting the engine. If your Sienna has a push-button start, press the button twice without pressing the brake pedal. Next, use the navigation button on the right side of the steering wheel to locate the SETTINGS menu. Within the menu, choose MAINTENANCE RESET by pressing OK. You'll receive a confirmation message shortly after, where you should select YES and press OK. Finally, turn off the ignition completely and start the vehicle as usual. If the light is no longer displayed, the oil life has been successfully reset to 100%.
Place the key into the ignition and rotate it until the lights come on without starting the engine. Make sure the mileage on the dashboard display is set to "trip" mode, then press and hold the trip reset button. Turn the vehicle off and then back on again. The resetting process will start.
Set trip counter A to zero. Turn off the key, then press and hold the trip button while turning the key back on until the light turns off.
