So, I'm guessing you've already topped off your 2007 Porsche Cayenne with 8 quarts of 5W-40 oil and replaced the oil filter, and now you just need your car to acknowledge it. Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this without specific tools. You'll require a DuRametric to reset it if you did the oil change yourself; otherwise, you'll have to bring it to the dealership to have them do it, costing you around $25-$35 just for connecting a scanner and pressing a button.
To reset the oil level warning or maintenance light on your 2017 Porsche Cayenne, simply turn the ignition key to the "on" position and press the gas pedal down slowly three times. Then start your car, and the oil light should show that it has been reset.
