To reset the maintenance reminder oil light on a 2018 Nissan Armada, you have two options. If you have an OBD-II scan tool with oil life reset capability, you can easily do it by connecting the tool to the port and following the prompts. If you don't have the tool, you can still reset it in a few minutes. First, turn the ignition key to ON (without starting the engine), or if you have a push-button ignition, press the START button twice without stepping on the brake. Then, press the button on the dashboard that resembles two sheets of paper until the SETTING screen appears. Navigate to MAINTENANCE, then OIL, and highlight RESET. Select the mileage and press the file button to reset. This should keep you set until your next service interval.
To turn off the oil level warning or maintenance light in your 2018 Nissan Armada, follow these steps: With the ignition key turned to the "on" position, press the gas pedal down slowly three times. Then start your vehicle, and the oil light should show that it has been reset.
