In order to reset the oil light on a 2010 Nissan Rogue, start by turning the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine. Alternatively, you can utilize the remote key by pressing the start button twice, making sure not to press the brake pedal. Navigate to the settings menu by pressing the right dashboard knob and scrolling until you find the Maintenance menu. Within the Maintenance menu, select RESET to reset the oil light. You can also establish a personalized interval for maintenance. The Service and Maintenance Guide advises setting the interval at every 3,750 miles or 3 months.
To reset the oil indicator on a 2010 Nissan Rogue, you need to press the display button until the screen shows the odometer. After that, turn off the power and then turn it back on while holding down the trip meter reset button. This will reset the oil indicator.
