To reset the oil light on your 2015 Volvo S60, follow these steps: Start by changing the oil and then pressing the reset button. When changing the oil, ensure the car has been parked and turned off for a couple of hours to prevent burning yourself on the hot oil. Locate the oil pan and drain plug under the engine compartment. Place a bucket beneath the plug and remove it to allow the oil to drain. Let it drain completely, which might take about an hour. Once it stops dripping, replace the drain plug and find the intake port on top of the oil pan. Using a funnel, fill the oil pan to the full level, avoiding overfilling to prevent leaks and burn off. After filling it up, close the port, clean up any spilled oil, and you're done.
To clear the oil level warning or maintenance light in your 2015 Volvo S60, simply follow these steps: Turn your car's ignition key to the "on" position and press the gas pedal down slowly three times. Then start your vehicle, and you should see the oil light reset.
