If the radio in your 2001 Buick LaCrosse is malfunctioning, the first step is to attempt resetting the system. Simply press and hold the volume knob until the radio shuts off and then powers back on. If the radio still doesn't work, check the fuse. A blown fuse will result in no power reaching the radio and will need to be replaced. If the fuse is intact, inspect and ensure the wiring at the back of the head unit is secure and undamaged.
