If the sunroof in your 2013 Volvo XC60 is malfunctioning, a simple troubleshooting step you can take is to reset it. This process typically resolves many sunroof issues. To reset it, press and hold the tilt up switch until the roof fully opens and then starts to close. Keep holding the switch for about 15 seconds after it partially closes, and the sunroof should reset. This action realigns the motor and sunroof system. If the sunroof is completely unresponsive, check the sunroof motor fuse located under the dashboard as a first step.
To perform a reset on the 2013 Volvo XC60, press and hold the button located on the "tilt up" side until the moon roof fully tilts up and then slightly down on its own. Maintain the button press for approximately 15 seconds to trigger the reset process.
